Friday yoga time change

Class is now 7:15-8:15am PT!

Hey y’all!

Just a real quick note to say: Friday Community Practice is now just an hour: 7:15-8:15am PT! We’ll gather via Zoom, journal for the first 15 min, then move around for the last 45. I’m hopeful this makes it easier for some of you morning-workers to attend. :)
