Welcome to Soul Fusion...

Your life is about to be forever changed...

Some of you may know that I have been contemplating a career change. 

Some of you may also know that I was recently accepted to graduate school for marriage, couples and family counseling.

But after weeks of deliberation, I have decided to go it alone - no school, no teaching partnerships, no more working for anyone else - just me, stepping into my power.

I read a quote on a tea bag recently that said: “All you need, you already have.” I believe this was the Universe’s message to me that I do not need any further education, nor do I need anyone else’s assistance: I am me and that is enough!

And so today is the day…

After 12 years of teaching yoga, I am leaving the profession to start my own practice: Soul Fusion™.

Think mindfulness + power + deep soul work.
This is not your typical self-care practice. 
It is also not your typical workout. 
And it is not your typical therapy session… 

…But it is ALL THESE THINGS!

After just one session Soul Fusion™, you will find yourself completely transformed. Here are just a few things our Soul Fusion™ clients have noted:

Each Soul Fusion™ experience starts with a 6-min Power Within™ meditation where we notice the parts of us that are powerful, and those that are weak and must be ignored. We tell the weak parts to stay where the are, so as not to disturb the parts of us that are trying really hard and have a lot of things to do.

Then we move into the sweaty part of the session: 70 minutes of high energy, high impact Kettlebell Enhanced Movement™ (think yoga meets HIIT meets weight training). No stopping, no drinking water, no complaining during this period - this is pure Human Potential Training™ (HPT)!

Finally, we end with 25 minutes of Brave Share™ group therapy, stretching, and journaling. Everyone gets a turn to share what has been troubling them since we last met, and who they blame for their struggles. While we listen to each Brave Share™, we stretch and journal about what we intend to share when it’s our turn - because at Soul Fusion™ we believe Efficiency is the Cornerstone of Change™ (ECOC).
